Information

Information

When a person suffers a cardiac arrest, the sooner the heart rhythm can be restored using an AED, the greater their chances of survival.

If good effective CPR is being performed and defibrillation using an AED is given within a few minutes of cardiac arrest, then a normal heartbeat can be restored in approximately 75% of cardiac arrest victims.  Find out how you can get an AED in your community
